aka “The only crepes recipe you’ll ever need”
Recipe comes from BBC Good Food website.
Ingredients (makes 8 pancakes):
100g plain flour
1 tbsp sunflower oil, plus extra for frying
pinch of salt
Method: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl – using a whisk or electric mixer. If you want the crepes to be more fluffy, leave the batter for 30 minutes. Heat the pan over a medium heat and wipe it with oiled kitchen paper. Ladle some batter into the pan and tilt to move the mixture around for a thin layer. Flip the pancake after 30 sec, when turn golden. Allow another 30 sec on the other side.
Try with sweet and savoury fillings.

I’m sorry but my pancakes are the best…check out the way the Hungarian’s make them…they have a secret ingredient.

Ooh I like the look of these nice and thin. They’d be so delicious with lemon and sugar.
